Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation terms are designed to be fair while covering confirmed arrangements with our partners.

Standard Cancellation Terms

  • If cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival – No cancellation charge. Any payments made will be refunded, less applicable bank transfer charges.

  • If cancelled between 14 to 29 days (inclusive) prior to arrival – 30% of the total booking value will be charged.

  • If cancelled between 7 to 14 days prior to arrival – 75% of the total booking value will be charged.

  • If cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival – 100% of the total booking value will be charged.

Additional Conditions

  1. Cancellation must be made in writing via email.

  2. Refunds will be processed within 14-21 working days, subject to banking procedures.

  3. Bank charges, card fees, and currency conversion differences (if applicable) will be deducted from refunds.

  4. Some hotels, peak-season bookings, flight tickets, and special promotional rates may carry stricter cancellation terms. These will be communicated at the time of booking.

  5. No refunds will be provided for no-shows, unused services, or early departures.

Amendments

Changes to confirmed bookings may incur additional charges depending on service provider policies and availability.
